Our Rental Terms & Conditions

By confirming a reservation and making the required down payment, the Renter acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Rental Terms & Conditions. 

Thank you for choosing Co Attire MNL. To ensure a smooth rental experience, please review the following terms and conditions before confirming your reservation.

1. Reservation & Payment

• A 50% down payment is required to reserve your preferred rental period.
• The remaining 50% balance must be settled before the rental items are released for pick-up or delivery.
• Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of the required down payment.

2. Rental Period

• The standard rental period is four (4) calendar days, unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Requests to extend the rental period must be made before the scheduled return date and are subject to availability and applicable fees.
• For destination weddings outside Metro Manila, extended rental schedules may be arranged to accommodate travel time. Please coordinate with us before confirming your reservation.

3. Pick-Up & Delivery

• COATTIRE MANILA GOWNS AND BARONG RENTAL (“Co Attire MNL”) operates as an online boutique and does not maintain a physical showroom.
• Rental items are available for pick-up by appointment or may be delivered through your preferred courier.
• Pick-up, delivery, and return shipping arrangements and fees shall be shouldered by the Renter.
• Once the rental items have been released to the chosen courier, Co Attire MNL shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or delays incurred during transit.

4. Release of Rental Items

• All barongs are professionally cleaned, pressed, and inspected before release.
• A valid government-issued ID is required upon release for verification purposes.
• No security deposit is required for standard barong rentals.

5. Fitting Policy

• Barong fittings are available by appointment only.
• Private home fitting services are available subject to our Private Fitting Service Terms & Conditions.

6. Care & Use

During the rental period, the Renter agrees to:

• Handle all rental items with reasonable care.
• Avoid permanent alterations, repairs, or modifications.
• Return all items complete and in the same condition as received, allowing for normal wear from proper use.

7. Returns, Late Fees & Replacement Charges

• Rental items must be returned on or before the agreed return date.
• If additional time is needed, please notify us before the scheduled return date.
• Rental items not returned within seven (7) calendar days after the agreed return date, without prior written agreement, may be considered unreturned.
• In such cases, Co Attire MNL reserves the right to charge the full replacement value of the rental item(s).
• Repair or replacement charges may also apply for items that are lost, permanently stained, damaged beyond normal wear, or altered without authorization.

8. Delivery Inspection

• For courier deliveries, we encourage customers to record a continuous unboxing video upon receiving the package.
• This helps us verify any concerns regarding missing, incorrect, or damaged items during transit.
• Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the package.

9. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Reservation down payments are non-refundable.
• Rental schedules may be rescheduled once, subject to availability and prior notice.
• Requests received close to the reserved rental period may not be accommodated.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming a reservation and making the required down payment, the Renter acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Rental Terms & Conditions.
